Legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the StudioGrid Pro website, product catalogue, public demos, purchases and related digital content.
Effective date: September 4, 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the StudioGrid Pro website, product pages, public demonstrations, digital products and related content.
StudioGrid Pro is a digital product brand operated by María Jimena Ojeda in Argentina.
By accessing or using this website, and by purchasing a StudioGrid Pro product where purchasing is available, you agree to these terms and applicable law.
Commercial availability
StudioGrid Pro offers digital products through its website and may make individual products or bundles available for purchase at different times.
Products marked as available may include an active purchase link or checkout provided through a third-party commerce platform.
Products displayed as “Coming soon” or otherwise identified as unavailable are not yet offered for purchase through the website.
Merely visiting the website, viewing a product page, accessing a public demo or contacting StudioGrid Pro does not by itself create a purchase agreement or paid product license.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational, evaluation and purchasing purposes.
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
Automated access, scraping or extraction that places an unreasonable burden on the website or is intended to reproduce or commercially exploit its content is not permitted without prior written authorization.
Product information
StudioGrid Pro products may include templates, UI kits, source code, documentation, design assets and other related digital files.
Product pages and public demos are intended to describe the design, features, technical scope and intended use of each product.
Descriptions, screenshots, previews, compatibility information, included files and features may be updated as products evolve.
The product description, included documentation and license supplied with a purchased product form part of the information you should review before and after purchase.
A public demo may not reproduce every file, configuration option, state or implementation detail included in the downloadable product.
Public demos
Public demos are provided for preview, testing and evaluation of the presented interface.
Access to a demo does not grant ownership of, or a license to copy, download, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit, the underlying source code, designs, assets or documentation.
Demo content may be changed, reset, restricted or removed without prior notice as the relevant product evolves.
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, personal or production information through a demonstration interface unless StudioGrid Pro expressly states that the demo is designed to receive such information.
Intellectual property
The StudioGrid Pro name, website, branding, layouts, written content, product previews, original design assets, source code and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly stated otherwise, all rights in StudioGrid Pro content remain with its respective owner.
Third-party names, trademarks, libraries, frameworks and technologies remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or ownership by StudioGrid Pro.
Product licenses
A purchase grants the rights described in the license supplied with the relevant product. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying StudioGrid Pro intellectual property.
Product licenses may permit use and modification within a permitted End Product while restricting redistribution, resale, sublicensing or publication of the original source files as a competing template, kit or downloadable product.
Any product-specific license, permitted uses, restrictions and support terms supplied with a purchased product govern that product and prevail over general website descriptions if there is any inconsistency.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the license that accompanies the product you purchase.
Purchases, checkout and digital delivery
Purchases may be completed through an external commerce or payment platform linked from StudioGrid Pro. The provider may process payment, taxes, receipts, digital delivery, refunds, chargebacks and related transaction services under its own terms and privacy policy.
The applicable product, price, currency and other material checkout information are presented before the order is confirmed.
A purchase is completed when the applicable commerce provider accepts the payment and confirms the transaction.
Digital products are delivered electronically using the download, receipt or delivery method made available through the checkout provider or otherwise communicated after purchase.
StudioGrid Pro does not require you to provide complete payment-card details directly through the StudioGrid Pro website when payment is handled by an external provider.
Refunds, chargebacks and consumer rights
Because StudioGrid Pro products are digital goods, refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the purchase, the applicable product or refund terms, and the procedures of the commerce provider that processed the transaction.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, a delivered file is materially defective or you have another purchase-related issue, contact StudioGrid Pro or use the support options provided by the applicable commerce platform.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may be handled by the relevant payment or commerce provider according to its procedures.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or waives consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable law.
Support and communications
StudioGrid Pro may answer questions about products, demos, purchases, licenses and product availability through support@studiogridpro.com.
The support scope included with a purchased product is described in the relevant product documentation, license or support policy.
Unless expressly included, product support does not cover custom development, project implementation, third-party integrations, consulting or modifications created specifically for an individual customer.
Sending an inquiry does not guarantee a particular response time, custom service, commercial agreement or acceptance of custom work.
External links and services
This website may link to external demos, hosting services, commerce platforms, repositories or other third-party websites.
StudioGrid Pro does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, terms or privacy practices of external services.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using an external service or providing information to it.
Website and product availability
StudioGrid Pro may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, catalogue, public demos or products for maintenance, security, development, legal or operational reasons.
Although reasonable efforts may be made to maintain reliable access, continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Information may occasionally contain typographical, technical or descriptive errors. StudioGrid Pro may correct or update that information when identified.
Disclaimers
The website, catalogue, public demos and digital products are provided on an as-available basis, subject to the product-specific information and license supplied with each product.
StudioGrid Pro does not guarantee that a product will satisfy every project requirement, remain compatible indefinitely with third-party technology or be suitable for every technical, security or business use case.
You are responsible for independently evaluating whether a product is appropriate for your project, technology stack, security requirements and intended use, and for implementing any backend, infrastructure or third-party services that the product does not include.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StudioGrid Pro will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the website or products, interruption of a public demo, unauthorized modifications, or use of a product outside its documented scope.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply to consumers under the law of their place of residence.
The parties should first attempt to resolve questions or disputes in good faith through the contact channel provided below.
Transactions processed by an external commerce provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms, procedures and legally required dispute-resolution processes.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated as the website, products, commercial model, legal requirements or third-party services evolve.
The current version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Material changes related to active products or purchasing may also be communicated through an appropriate website or customer notice.
